Event registration
Registration is required to attend the meeting at the United Nations. The registration fee collected will cover the cost of attendee giveaways, including a Lions International padfolio, pen, commemorative event pin, presidential pin and printed souvenir program. There is no registration fee associated with attending the meeting at the United Nations.
The deadline to register is Friday, March 7, 2025 — no exceptions will be made after this date.
Pricing for LDUN Program is as follows:
- Lion LDUN Program: US$50
- Leo LDUN Program: US$30
- Non-Lion guest LDUN Program: US$50

If the LDUN Program is held at United Nations Headquarters, early registration is highly encouraged to minimize wait times outside of the United Nations. Materials must be picked up at the hotel before entering the United Nations.

Hotel information
The Westin New York Grand Central is the headquarters hotel for LDUN. A special hotel rate is being offered to Lions but limited rooms are available. Click the link below to be directed to the Lions hotel reservation page.

Guided U.N. tours
Take a guided journey through the corridors of the iconic building where international diplomacy happens. You’ll learn about the history and work of the United Nations and visit the famous General Assembly Hall and Security Council Chamber (meetings permitting).
To receive the 10% discounted price offered to LDUN program attendees, select the “Adult” ticket option and enter the coupon code 10LDUN2025. The coupon code is valid from February 21, 2025 to March 21, 2025 for English language adult public tours only. There are additional discounts available for students, seniors and children.

- Cancellations and refunds
- Cancellation and refunds for LDUN New York must be requested before March 7, 2025. No exceptions will be made after this date.
- All requests for cancellations and refunds must be made in writing via email to ldun@lionsclubs.org. No exceptions will be made.
- LDUN registration cannot be transferred to another Lion, Leo, guest, child, or a future convention or future LDUN event.
- A processing fee of US$10.00 will be withheld from each approved refund for LDUN registration.
- Visa invitation letters
Lions International will no longer issue visa letters of invitation for LDUN events. Please refer to your country’s visa guidelines for travel to the United States for more information.
